Carrot Jenga
- 250g Snackable Carrots
Pesto
- Carrot Pesto Dip
- 3 Snackable Carrots
- 3⁄4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/3 cup Pine Nuts
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Method
- Blitz carrot pesto ingredients in a blender until combined.
- Stack carrots in a Jenga formation, alternating rows by placing three carrots at a time.
- Play & dip carrots as they fall!
