Carrot Jenga

  • 250g Snackable Carrots

Pesto

  • Carrot Pesto Dip
  • 3 Snackable Carrots
  • 3⁄4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/3 cup Pine Nuts
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Garlic Clove
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Blitz carrot pesto ingredients in a blender until combined.
  2. Stack carrots in a Jenga formation, alternating rows by placing three carrots at a time.
  3. Play & dip carrots as they fall!
