Ingredients
1 x 250g Packet Snackable Carrots, cut thinly lengthways (we did three strips)
Paprika, sprinkled
Sea Salt, sprinkled
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
Guacamole
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray.
- Place carrots in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat.
- Lay carrots out on a baking tray and sprinkle with paprika and salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy, flipping half way.
- Serve alongside guacamole.
