Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled
1 x 250g Packet Snackable Carrots
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ cup Parmesan, grated
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper, sprinkled
Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Mayonnaise, for dipping
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray.
- Place carrots, garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat.
- Lay carrots out on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until parmesan has melted and carrots have softened.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley and alongside mayonnaise.
