Ingredients
1 Baguette, sliced & toasted
1 x 250g Packet Snackable Radish 2 Garlic Cloves, minced Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled 1/3 cup Green Pesto (homemade or
good quality store bought) Salt & Pepper, sprinkled 2 tbsp Feta, sprinkled 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray.
- Cut some radishes into quarters and some into thin coins.
- Lay out on a baking tray, sprinkle with garlic, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until radishes softened.
- Spread baguette slices with pesto. Top with radishes, feta and fresh chives.
