Grilled Carrots with Tzatziki and Dukkah

Ingredients

250g Packet Snackable Carrots Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled ¼ cup Tzatziki 2 tbsp Dukkha
½ Lemon, juice and zest 2 handfuls Rocket

Method

  1. Heat a grill pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Place carrots and cook until lightly charred on each side.
  3. Plate grilled carrots, topped with tzatziki, dukkha, lemon and rocket.
