Sweet Balsamic Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

1 x 250g Packet Snackable Carrots 2 Garlic Cloves, minced 2 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup Salt & Pepper, sprinkled Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking dish.

  1. Place carrots, garlic, chives, balsamic vinegar, rice malt syrup, salt and pepper in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing thoroughly to coat.
  2. Add to a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until carrots have softened.
  4. Serve sprinkled with additional fresh chives.
