Prosciutto Wrapped Maple Carrots with Whipped Lemon Goats Cheese

2-4 as part of a platter

Ingredients

  • 250g Snackable Carrots 100g Goats Cheese
  • 1⁄2 Lemon, juiced
  • 100g Prosciutto
  • Maple Syrup, drizzled
  • Fresh Herbs, roughly chopped (I used Parsley)

Method

  1. Whip goats cheese and lemon together, spread on to a plate.

  2. Wrap carrots in prosciutto and plate on top of goats cheese.

  3. Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with herbs.
